Quitting smoking is not easy, but you can do it. To have the best chance of quitting for good, you need to know what you’re up against, what your options are and what needs to be done to beat the addiction. The Indian Health Board can help you.

Our plan to help you quit smoking will include:

  • Behavioral counseling (dealing with stress and weight)
  • Medications, including nicotine patch, gum, inhalers, and more
  • Frequent follow-up visits to help you through the early days and weeks
  • Long-term follow-up visits to make sure you remain a nonsmoker

The Smoking Cessation Clinic will be available on Wednesday afternoons.
